How To Order
Fabric swatches and are a great way to help you create your perfect nursery.
- Our solid and minky swatches measure approximately 4"x5".
- For any fabric that has a large repeat pattern, the swatch will measure approximately 6"x8".
There is no charge for fabric swatches with a limit of 10. However, if you would like to obtain more than 10, these can purchased for $1.00 per additional swatch. Please note: you cannot order more than three of the same fabric swatch or place more than one order totaling more than 10 swatches.
Once a custom order is placed, swatches will be sent to you via USPS. Upon receipt of the swatches, the order will need to be authorized. No changes can be made after you authorize. Once authorized, production of custom orders takes approximately four weeks or less (does not include shipping time). Custom items are not returnable.

Because they are non-returnable, custom products require customer approval before they can be produced and shipped. To assist with the approval process, fabric swatches are sent to the customer for each custom product on the order, to provide samples of the colors and textures that will be used in the custom product.

Based upon the address to which your purchase is delivered, Carousel Designs, LLC may not be required to collect sales tax from you for your purchase. If we do not charge and collect sales tax from you on your purchase, you may nonetheless have a use tax obligation to the governmental jurisdiction(s) applicable to the delivery address. Purchases made in most jurisdictions are not exempt from use tax merely because they may have been made over the internet or because we were not required to collect sales tax from you. We recommend that you review your untaxed purchases from us to determine if a use tax is owed. If so, it is up to you as the purchaser to file all required use tax returns and pay all use taxes that are due.
Based upon the state into which your purchased is delivered, the total amount of sales made to all customers within that state in a particular calendar year, and the total amount of your purchases from us during that calendar year, we may be required to send a notification to you by January 31st of the following calendar year that contains a summary of your purchases from us during the calendar year. It is likewise possible that we may also be required to report such total purchases to the appropriate state governmental agency. These notifications will not contain any descriptions or other details about the individual items that you purchased from us.
You can cancel an order, for any reason, at any time before it is shipped. Items already shipped are subject to our return policy.
